MOOQ is the new initiative for improving the quality of MOOCs! Under the coordination of the Open University of the Netherlands (OUNL), MOOQ started today on 1st of September 2015.

However MOOCs are lacking quality indicators and a common Quality Reference Framework that MOOQ will develop, apply and test in several European countries.

MOOQ aims at fostering MOOCs and their new learning opportunitieswith high quality.
