MOOQ is the new initiative for improving the quality of MOOCs! Under the coordination of the Open University of the Netherlands (OUNL), MOOQ started today on 1st of September 2015.
Massive Open Online Courses (short: MOOCs) are changing the education and training in Europe and worldwide:
